Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Provide general support to visitors Communicate with Directors to handle requests and queries from CEO and Executive Director Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be well spoken Must learn fast and must be eager to learn Must have a cheerful outlook, and be disciplined Must be self-motivated and works well independently Must be computer savvy and open-minded.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, secretary, executive assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Prior experience in Drug and Alcohol facility is a plus, not required Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
